Service is not good. I stood in front of 4 techs or 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I was they only customer there. They were all on their computers. They were not friendly either and I purchased my Rav4 from them too.. I would suggest they greet every customer that pulls into the service bay...at least acknowledge them and say we'll be with you shortly. More
