The service center was kind, considerate and quick, however, I drove my truck home and oil was dripping all over the floor. I had to drive back in 12 miles wasting my time and day to have them check it however, I drove my truck home and oil was dripping all over the floor. McKenzie Williams was my service writer. She first told me that the service would take 3.5-4 hours. My appointment was at 10 am. My car wasn’t ready until 4:00. That is six hours.
