Not real happy that it took five trips to eventually fix the issue on a less than 1 year old Toyota Camry. Your representative Raven Hickman explained to me that I have to pay 100% for my new battery, even battery was 3 years old. Then she told me that battery is over 2 years. Usually I love this dealership's service but this time something was "off." I came in for maintenance due - which was just a tire rotation. Simon mentioned I was due for a large\pricey service at my next service date so he encouraged me to break that up and get some done this time to spread out the cost. An idea that I liked. BUT, I told him I did not want to spend hours there, and asked how long it would take... he and I discussed what could be done and he said about an hour. Two hours later it was finally done! There were several others in the waiting room talking about their services taking longer than they were estimated as well. Maybe they were understaffed as they were not super slammed with guests (as far as I could tell). I know it is hard to gauge how long these things will take and I understand that but if your team does not have the band width to take on "extra" work, then I should not have been encouraged to get the "ahead of time" work done..
