The letter I received regarding an issue my car might have, was not addressed at all. The flow was not very good. My car was serviced, brought around and sat there for 20 minutes without my knowledge. No have, was not addressed at all. The flow was not very good. It was dead but I was not told this until they had brought my car around So, my car had to be driven back around for the new battery installation. Why was this not addressed when they had my car in service? More
