Normally, the service has been great. I purchased the vehicle new at this dealer and used them to service all needs. But last service encounter was very bad. Dropped off vehicle for fro I purchased the vehicle new at this dealer and used them to service all needs. But last service encounter was very bad. Dropped off vehicle for front end alignment, four wheel balance, and repair of passenger's door window not working properly. Service says upper control arm is bent and need to order part and new window regulator is needed but part is on national back order and to check back in six months to a year! They tape the window up temporarily. I leave vehicle overnight and pick up next day, Thursday, after front end work is complete with new part, alignment, and wheel balance. Out of the dealership vehicle shakes bad at 60 and pulls right and I notice steering wheel is offset to the left when going straight down the road. Vehicle returned on Saturday morning at 7:45 am to address alignment and shake. I leave vehicle entire day and finally get a call at 5:00 pm that they couldn't get to it. I call dealer on Monday at 7:50 am to determine when they can take it and fix it. Receptionist tells me my service advisor is busy and will call me in about an hour. No call back received so I call at noon and different receptionist tells me that my service advisor isn't even working that day! Says service manager will call me. He does call and tells me to bring vehicle in next day, Tuesday. Alignment is fixed but still some shake between 60-70 but better than it was. I ask for window regulator part number so I can try to find one instead of waiting 6 -12 months. Parts Department says they need to talk with service advisor to determine part/part number and will call me back, even though needed parts descriptions are listed on service paperwork. Parts doesn't call me back. I find a genuine Toyota parts dealer on internet and order the window regulator and weatherstripping listed on service paperwork. I remove door panel and notice water seal on door has never been removed. I remove original window regulator and compare to new one. Parts are identical and original has no issues. I check widow glass and notice that metal channel on bottom of window that regulator attaches to has fallen off and is laying in bottom of door. So the regulator is fine but the glass is the problem. Dealer charged me $90.00 to determine problem but didn't actually investigate. Simply assumed regulator was bad. And I spent $50.00 on a regulator I don't need. Now I don't trust them. More

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Zach advised that front and rear brakes were in the "red" zone and I needed brakes all the way around. When I left, I called my husband and he had me Zach advised that front and rear brakes were in the "red" zone and I needed brakes all the way around. When I left, I called my husband and he had me go buy brake pads for front and rear. The next morning, he took off the first front tire and found pads were only about 1/4 of the way used and then found the same on back. Brakes were totally fine!! I feel like they were trying to take advantage because of me being a woman. Very disappointed in this and not sure I'll be going back to Cobb County Toyota! More
