Courteous employees. My son brought his 2019 Tacoma in for service at around 66,000 miles in March. The 60K service specifies a transmission service. Unfortunately, Cobb My son brought his 2019 Tacoma in for service at around 66,000 miles in March. The 60K service specifies a transmission service. Unfortunately, Cobb County Toyota’s service adviser did not add that to the service. 2,000 miles later, the truck was diagnosed with needing a new transmission torque converter. Research indicates that low transmission fluid can cause issues with the converter. The estimate for the new torque converter is about $4,000. We are not very happy. More

I've found Cobb County Toyota to be consistently competent over the last 23 years since first taking my 2002 Toyota Camry XLE V6 to them for service. I would add that they are all VERY busy, In today's environment, It is difficult to get to know people there personally. Also communication is a weak point. The good service writers leave a 4:00 on the dot. Forget speaking with them after 4:00 pm. Also, they are gone during the lunch hour. To get a return of call from them is near impossible. The rental car I got from them, which I paid for, was dirty. Also, it flashed "maintenance required" the whole time. I expected better!!! More

Brought it in a second time because I continued to receive alerts and was again told there was nothing wrong. So, I took the vehicle to another dealership in the area and turns out there is a significant issue with the electrical system that was easily found within an hour of servicing my vehicle. I will never return to Cobb Toyota. More

Finished myself the resetting service reminder, pulling old sticker off, and redoing all the bolts on the wheels as they were net set correctly and tightened to torque spec. Not really sure the oil was even changed at this point. More
