Car was dropped off at 9:00 am and was told it could take longer than a day to fix. Never received an update on the status to see if they needed the second day. Called Service Dept around 6:30 and had to l longer than a day to fix. Never received an update on the status to see if they needed the second day. Meantime, I called again at 8:00 and was told they would let me know when it was finished. Bottom line, a courtesy status call should have been made the day before letting me know they needed a second day.c , More
