Bright my 2022 Rav 4 in for it's 30k mile checkup. Work was done quickly and followed my instructions that I left in a now with the service writer. Raven Hickman was our service representative, and she took good care of us. Also, the person who checked us out was very nice to us, his desk was the first one on the right-hand side closest to the wait took good care of us. I got a call from the dealership with an offer for a $44. 95 oil change And I call to confirm the price and the person who took the call “ noted it in my file”. They had records since I purchased the car from this dealership. When I got to the service bay the associate had no knowledge of the call or offer and tried to upsell me also there was no record on the pervious call the day before. They told me it would take between 60 to 90 minutes for the oil change to be performed. That was 3:50 pm. I signed the paperwork and went to the waiting room. Around 5:40 I inquired about the status of the car. The associate I worked with Jeff had gone home for the day and the new associate could not find my paperwork. After a bit they pulled my paperwork from the system and checked me out where once again I had to explain about the voice mail from Jennifer that they were offering me an oil change for $44.95. I want to be clear everyone was nice and not rude but they all kept trying to say it was not a valid offer and had no knowledge or it. I still have the voicemail. So it took two hours for a oil change that I could of footed at any place far quicker and the only reason I went to the dealership was because of the offer left on my voicemail. Which I had to explain to three different associates. More
