I moved to the Atlanta area in 2008. I purchased my 2000 Camry in 2002 from a dealer in Richmond VA. They took care of my car until I moved. I found Cobb County Toyota, have been through several service reps and all of them gave me a sense of trust. My 2000 Camry made it to 466,857 miles. I never felt I was being 'sold a bill of goods' when stuff happened. I had the struts replaced (my choice) and several other things (catalytic converters only lasted 150K miles) and regular scheduled maintenance. The bill was around $3.5k. I was asked if it 'was time' to look at another car. Nope. She only had $300k+ miles and had been well taken care of. Recently, the overheating was diagnosed as a blown head gasket, I knew it was time. My service rep (JC Cooper) called a sales rep (Claude Henry), who came in on his day off to get me a good deal on a 2022 Camry. We have already taken it out west on a 4000-mile journey. I have confidence Cobb County Toyota will get this newer model to 450K or beyond. More

Usually I love this dealership's service but this time something was "off." I came in for maintenance due - which was just a tire rotation. BUT, I told him I did not want to spend hours there, and asked how long it would take... he and I discussed what could be done and he said about an hour. Two hours later it was finally done! There were several others in the waiting room talking about their services taking longer than they were estimated as well. Maybe they were understaffed as they were not super slammed with guests (as far as I could tell). I know it is hard to gauge how long these things will take and I understand that but if your team does not have the band width to take on "extra" work, then I should not have been encouraged to get the "ahead of time" work done.. Your representative Raven Hickman explained to me that I have to pay 100% for my new battery, even battery was 3 years old. Then she told me that battery is over 2 years. I am so disappointed from HER. Not sure will come again. Bad service!!! For that my rate is 2. Thank you! More
