Disappointed that I had to bring my boyfriend into the picture just to be taken seriously and to have my valid concerns heard. The repair was made only after my boyfriend stepped in and told them there was definitely something wrong that needed to be repaired. So disappointed in how I was made to feel like just a woman who didn’t know what she was talking about. The vehicle is mine.
