Prompt, professional and knowledgeable customer service experience. Salesperson Jacob was flexible in scheduling test drive of a new 2023 Chevy Tahoe. Went well, however our ideal goal was to purchase experience. Salesperson Jacob was flexible in scheduling test drive of a new 2023 Chevy Tahoe. Went well, however our ideal goal was to purchase similar used low mileage vehicle preferably not driven a lot in northeastern winters. Jacob informed us of recent GMC Denali trade-in where previous owner spent time in Virginia during winters. Went to Colonial to checkout and schedule test drive after dealer prep. Noticed shaking at higher speed, which Colonial promptly resolved. Test drove again & then Jacob, Michael G. and Colonial team did final preparations in closing Denali deal within few days. Totally impressed! More

I'm not happy and I took down the old review because I felt it served its purpose. Still doesn't change my opinion. I was truthful with everything that happened.
