I do apologize that your visit was not a 5 star one and there was a wait time involved with your repair. I do wish I had 10 guys who could work on Electric/Hybrid vehicles unfortunately that is not the reality of the situation. We look everyday to hire qualified EV techs as we know it is the way of the future. Every dealership is short staffed and some have many month waits for EV customers we are fortunate that we have not got to that level at this time. If there is anything I can do please contact me.
