Both Brendan and Bobby (parts/service) were great in regards to customer service and taking care of everything. I’m not sure who the tech was who worked on the Impala (and Avalanche??) but he was very g regards to customer service and taking care of everything. I’m not sure who the tech was who worked on the Impala (and Avalanche??) but he was very good. car rides great. I also appreciate everyone in the showroom, I love going where people know my name. 😁 More

Needed a Massachusetts State Inspection sticker and for my RAM camper van. Colonial Chevrolet is able to inspect heavy vehicles that other service centers aren't They are able to do walk-in inspection wi my RAM camper van. Colonial Chevrolet is able to inspect heavy vehicles that other service centers aren't They are able to do walk-in inspection without appointments. They completed the inspection in a timely manner. The staff was nice and for the most part friendly and personable. I was amazed that it took them 4 days and one failed part order to realize the issue with my AC was the one thing EVERYBODY knows is the personable.
