I would have rated them a 5, the only issue there is it is very difficult to get thru to anyone on the phone. service was good, the work was done on time and the staff is friendly in person. I tried calling over a 2-day span more than a dozen times. The automated phone system is terrible. Leave messages and it takes hours for a call back.
