Mr. Fitzgerald - Thank you for taking my call the other day , purchasing your 2019 Pre Owned Ford back in 2020 was a great experience , unfortunately vehicles do have mechanical failures to which your Ford did after several years and many miles of use and enjoyment . You fail to mention that you declined purchasing an extended service contract at the time of sale as Colonial Ford Recommends to all customers to avoid out of pocket costly repairs when the Manufacturers Limited Warranty expires . Speaking to integrity Anthony the service advisor and Bruce Service Manager worked to gain assistance from Ford Motor which was declined , Anthony and Bruce then worked to alleviate a major portion of the cost of engine repair with a Colonial Ford Goodwill Discount , as we strive at every opportunity to satisfy our customers .
