I had to keep following up on my registration. Sales rep is very reactive vs pro active. I felt like I was getting a used car dealer experience vs a reputable dealership. I was also promised all weather mats for my car. I followed up on 4/2, 4/14 and 4/18. At last message I was told they would be in on 4/21 and that was the last I heard. No response if they ever came in. I don't feel I have to keep chasing. This is my 3rd CRV. I've always bought my vehicles from Silko and I thought I would give Colonial a chance. I am extremely sorry I did. Very disappointed. More

This is the third Honda purchase, I have purchased through Alexander Alves. He is by far one of the best in the business he is knowledgeable, personable, and above all things honest. I could purchase any other make, or dealer but I continue to go back to Colonial Honda due to Alex and his service. He is a not hassle get the deal done guy.
