Everything was very smooth. From the second I walked in I didn’t feel pressured to make any big decision. Alex was incredibly thorough in explaining everything. Very kind and helpful. I will say I was disappointed after I paid the total price on car I was given. An hour later the business office said they had messed up and didn’t do right RI tax. So I had to pay an extra $203. This was something the business office should have taken care of. We decided on a final price. Then before I could leave I needed to hand over another $203 cash.
