We have always had good service and have been very happy. I can not say enough about Nemesio and how helpful he was to me. My husband passed away a year ago and to buy a car on my own was not easy; however, Nemios made the experience so much easier. He was very knowledgeable and did not make3 me feel as though I was being pressured. I can not say enough about him and the staff at your facility. Superb! More

Consistently Satisfied I purchased a used car from Colonial and they treated me well when I was in a rough spot, so I knew where to go when I was looking for something new; I purchased a used car from Colonial and they treated me well when I was in a rough spot, so I knew where to go when I was looking for something new; that's when I first met Waleed. He was my sales consultant and made me feel comfortable; like I was family. I can be difficult at times, but he was patient and didn't pressure me at all. For the first time, I actually trusted a car salesperson! A few years later when I was ready to upgrade, I contacted Waleed and found out he was promoted to a sales manager. A promotion I knew was well deserved. He was able to put me in the exact car I wanted without any hassle. I've just leased my 3rd Accord and couldn't be happier. You'll have a customer for life as long as Waleed is there. Steve was my sales consultant this last time. He also was a pleasure to work with. Treated me like a person and not just another sale.
