We purchased a 2019 VW Alltrack, working with Keven Umana and had a great experience. Keven was knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly. H and had a great experience. Keven was knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly. He sorted out an issue with the detailing of the car (they lost the rubber mats, he got us new ones within a couple of days.) All in all, I highly recommend Keven and Colonial VW of Medford. More
