Very disappointed. Had my oil changed on new car for the 1st time and 3 weeks later my oil light came on. Brough it back and found out the plug was leaking and leaked Had my oil changed on new car for the 1st time and 3 weeks later my oil light came on. Brough it back and found out the plug was leaking and leaked oil all over the bottom of my car and I had to wait 1 1/2 hours for it to be fixed. I should have been priority since it was dealerships mistake, I won't use Colonial again. More

Service is good, advisors are knowledgeable. Only downside is price, prices are much higher than other mechanics. If I did all the recommended services I would have spent over $5K on my 12 year Only downside is price, prices are much higher than other mechanics.
