I scheduled an oil change and a tire replacement over 2 weeks ago with service. I rescheduled to the following week. When I got there day of service they did not have the tire in stock nor provided me with weeks ago with service. I rescheduled to the following week. When I got there day of service they did not have the tire in stock nor provided me with the pricing until mentioning that they did not have it in stock. I feel like my time was wasted. More

Everyone at the dealership has been incredibly accommodating. I had recently purchased this vehicle and got a notification to check my oil levels. I called the service center and they offered for accommodating. I had recently purchased this vehicle and got a notification to check my oil levels. I called the service center and they offered for me to come down and get my oil topped off. I spent less than 5 minutes there. They checked my oil level, filled it immediately and I was on my way.
