Sat November 2 I came into parts to order a mirror for my Silverado. To my surprise they had it in stock. The parts guy,sorry did not get you name was so friendly n helpful. He put it aside for me. I then we Silverado. To my surprise they had it in stock. The parts guy,sorry did not get you name was so friendly n helpful. He put it aside for me. I then went to service and Chris was able to schedule the repair that day as well. He was super friendly n knowledgeable. I paid for my mirror and installation with Pam. What a great employee. Do not lose this one. I was so overcome with how easy it was and how friendly everyone was. On a Saturday!!. Well so impressed by the employees I went to sales. They gave me a trade in value for my 2021 Silverado. I'm hoping no one purchases the 2025 I want. Rob was fantastic. Quick efficient, n again friendly. What's in the water! Thank you so much. Called on Wed. that oil light went on for an oil change. Pamela (who listened and said no worries you'll be out in less than an hour) scheduled an appt. for Friday, that oil light went on for an oil change.
