We have always taken our car to Columbia Ford and have never been disastified. Whether we wait for the car or drop off they have been great to schedule and quick to provide the service. First time at this dealership for emergency repair of transmission lines. The problem was fixed immediately, and the staff was very courteous and accommodating when picking up my vehicle.
