Great stress free experience!! I had my Honda CRV for 8 years and it was the best car I have ever owned. I desperately needed a different car but put it off for months because I hate the car shopping experience. I found a used Honda Pilot on line and set up a time to test drive it. Trent Custard was my sales person. He was low keyed, polite, listened to my needs and fears and was so easy to work with. Trent did not pressure me in to anything I didn't want to do, he listened to what I needed and I felt like he advocated for getting as much as I could out of my 10 year old CRV. Very good experience and I would definitely go back and use Trent again and I have already referred a friend to him!! Thanks Trent for making the experience so positive! More

I was impressed that I told Obada what I wanted, which was a manual Accord, and he did not try to sell me something I did not want. He just went to work and found what I wanted, got it in so I would not have to drive my rental for a long period of time and sealed the deal. I love these guys. Wonderful caring staff, TJ Mitchell excellent!! TJ Mitchell has helped ease my mind over this past year by helping my son and treating him like family. My son is a student at Mizzou and we are from TJ Mitchell has helped ease my mind over this past year by helping my son and treating him like family. My son is a student at Mizzou and we are from out of state so if something would come up with my son's car, I am 10 hours away and it's difficult to help him. TJ has taken him under his wing and guided us through and taken care of things for us. I am SO grateful to TJ who has really made the life of an out of state mom and a college kid so much better.
