He is unfailingly courteous, prompt in getting back with me, provides clear, helpful answers to questions for current needs and that let me plan ahead and prioritize. He's also patiently educated me in how my car works - something I have needed several times. I appreciate that he will walk out to my car and show me - not just tell me.
