I recently moved to Colorado so this was my first visit to Courtesy Acura. I made an appointment for service but got my dates mixed up. Took car in for basic oil change service. Two weeks later, noticed significant oil drip on my garage floor and driveway. Called the dealership - they said bring it in right away. I did, and they ackn later, noticed significant oil drip on my garage floor and driveway. Called the dealership - they said bring it in right away. I did, and they acknowledged embarrassment that the plug hadn't been completely tightened. Pretty bad screw-up. I got a verbal apology, and they said they topped off the oil that had drained, but would have thought management would contact me and apologize, offer at least a free oil change for the next time, or something. Their mistake was quite inconvenient and disruptive for me. More
