Needed a windshield replacement for our 2009 TSX which we figured having done by Courtesy Acura instead of a 3rd party would be best because of the special trim pieces along the side of the windshield. The appointment was for 9:00am and I was told it would only be a couple of hours and decided to wait for the car. The 3rd party didn't arrive until 6:30pm and I was not impressed with how little I was updated throughout the day from the Courtesy Acura rep. One rep told me it would be quick and the other after the replacement was done told me they usually tell customers to just drop off the car and not wait around. We typically are very pleased with the service department at Courtesy Acura, but this time they dropped the ball. It wasn't all their fault since the 3rd party windshield company was involved but there is definitely room for improvement. It was quite inconvenient and made me feel like I was not appreciated as a customer. More
