When I attempted to start my 2017 ILX several errors displayed on the dashboard and making a horrible noise. David suspected a dead battery. David explained to me how the electronics start up and go thr displayed on the dashboard and making a horrible noise. David suspected a dead battery. David explained to me how the electronics start up and go through all the checks, however without enough battery power it couldn’t kick over. I am in my early 50’s so this isn’t my first dead battery however this is my first push button start car with a dead battery! A much difference experience to say the least. David was able to educate me that my working from home and really only driving short distances I was draining the battery more without giving it a chance to charge up. I truly appreciate David reminding me of all things that I knew but hadn’t put together as a reason my battery would be dead. He was very kind and thorough in his explanation. A true pleasure to work with. David Weinberg is a true asset to the Courtesy Team! More

Brought my RDX in to check out a noise in the undercarriage. Malachi was courteous and had it checked. Unfortunately it was a strut that required replacement. I received a loaner.
