Per our conversation on the phone, our timing belt package includes the timing belt, water pump, tensioner, pulley, drive belt, and engine coolant for $1359.00 plus tax. You had asked that we take 25% off the price of the job which unfortunately we can not do. As we discussed, I am more than happy to offer a discount on the job. We have a coupon for $75.00 off the package which I can raise to $100.00 off the package. This would bring the total to $1259.00 plus tax. If things do not work out with Mile High, we would love the opportunity to perform the work on your 2003 MDX. If you have any further questions, please let me know. Connor, To be clear I simply asked if you would honor the 25% off any service over $500 coupon which is currently being offered by Mile High Acura, an authorized Acura dealer and service center in Aurora. Nothing more. As a long time loyal customer of Acura, and given the uncertain financial environment we are in, it is incumbent upon me to watch my expenses now more than ever. It appears my long standing loyalty means little to Courtesy Acura. That is a major disappointment to me and my family.
