Great Service Staff I was a little upset that I had scheduled an appointment and was told over the phone it would take 45 minutes. Much to my dismay, I was there for almost 2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I was told Friday is a busy day, seems to me if someone makes an appointment they should go to the front of the line in front of those that don't. The man who checked me in (sorry I don't remember his name) and Vanessa were very helpful and kind. It was nice to be treated with some beverages, snacks, chocolates and was happy it was a nice day to sit outside. More

The new showroom and service department are nicely designed and well-staffed. During ownership of my first MDX which eventually reached the 200K miles point, the Courtesy Reps were able to help me prioritize the various maintenance items needing attention…while with our brand new MDX it’s great to just pop in at Courtesy for the required PMIs and be back on the road in an hour knowing everything on the vehicle was inspected and attended to. More
