Great customer service Michael Wajler was as attentive to my complaints as it gets. His willingness to understand and try to resolve the problems went above and beyond. Leo was attentive to my concerns, paperwork was completed and I went to await the conclusion. He advised it'd be a few hours; after that time I checked with Leo. Sadly, there'd been a miscommunication and my car was still waiting to be serviced. (Technicians didn't realize I was waiting.) Leo was very apologetic, acknowledged the mistake, and expedited the diagnosis of the leak. He waived the fee and went the extra mile to remove a mar on the finish. The wait was long but the outcome more than acceptable. Since mistakes happen, it's a credit to a business when staff acknowledge and address the issue. More

I went there to look at a Jaguar XF in their pre-owned inventory, and even though I was buying a 9 year old pre-owned vehicle, I was treated with the same courtesy and respect of someone who was buying a more expensive vehicle from their new car inventory. They allowed me to take the Jaguar up in to the foothills to get a good feel for the car's handling, made the closing process quick and painless, and on top of that, drove the vehicle to my home that evening with no extra charge. I don't think this is standard practice, but when I expressed what a hassle it was going to be to get a ride all the way back down to South Broadway from Weld County, they extended their helping hand with out hesitation! I was very surprised by their willingness to help in this day and age with out asking for anything in return. I would with out a doubt recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned luxury vehicle. More

Way too much up-selling in this business model I visited for an oil change that was part of a maintenance agreement included with the sale of the car. I arrived 30 minutes late for my 8:30 AM appoi I visited for an oil change that was part of a maintenance agreement included with the sale of the car. I arrived 30 minutes late for my 8:30 AM appointment, which was my mistake, so I wasn't surprised to be asked to wait a few minutes. Thirty-five minutes later I still hadn't been called so I went out to the front & discovered that no one knew I was even there. The first repair order the service representative presented included a charge for the oil change I'd paid for with the purchase of the vehicle. I was later offered several services that were not only completely unnecessary but involved work that this dealer had recently done. For example, it was suggested that I was due for alignment services when I'd purchased new tires from the same dealer a few weeks earlier & paid for mounting, balancing & alignment with that purchase. I was told I should replace the inserts on the windshield wiper blades when I'd just been out there & had that done less than a month ago. I was offered services that would be due at 100,000 miles for a vehicle with only 75,000 miles. I don't think it's fair to put all the blame on the service representatives and techs for a business model that's expecting them to recommend every possible form of work the vehicle could need without even checking their own records. I'm an Acura loyalist & have worked with their dealer for years and this hasn't always been their MO, so I'm not sure what the problem is. More

Alignment Issue Resolved It took a few iterations, however I'm confident that resolution of my alignment issue has been accomplished. I drive all the time with nearly 1,000 pounds of passengers plus cargo, which is within Acura specifications. Courtesy Acura replaced both springs and struts at no cost to return the vehicle to normal positioning and permit restoration of alignment that was causing abnormal tire wear. More
