Took 4 1/2 hours to do an oil change and rebalance of tires. I called to make an appointment last Tuesday, but was told the appointments were booked up, but that you accepted Walk Ins. I brought my car in at 12 I called to make an appointment last Tuesday, but was told the appointments were booked up, but that you accepted Walk Ins. I brought my car in at 12:30 and was told it would be ready by 2:30. I asked if I could get my car washed and Mike said no, that the weather was too cold. It was 37 degrees, so I'm not sure about that. I came back at 3:30 to pick my car up and nothing had been done yet to my car. I was told that whoever was working on it got pulled away to do something else. I was told I had to wait 45 minutes. My car was finally done by 4:50, which was almost an hour and a half. Mike gave me a small discount due to my wait. My car didn't get washed, but it looked like it was rinsed off. I saw other cars being brought up, that had been washed and wiped down and looked spotless. I live in Erie, so I had a long drive to bring my car there. I thought I had one last free oil change, but was told when I got there, that that offer expired on October 31. I had no idea that there was a time limit on that free second oil change. As I said, I live in Erie and it's not exactly convenient to come all the way to the other side of town. My experience with Courtesy Acura, up until Saturday, had been pleasant. I won't be coming back. More

Michelle not doing her job Although I was assigned to Michelle, I never spoke to Michelle. I stood near her desk for 15 minutes to check in yet she ignored me and continued cha Although I was assigned to Michelle, I never spoke to Michelle. I stood near her desk for 15 minutes to check in yet she ignored me and continued chatting. Finally Conner step over and asked if I had been helped. When I said no, he took the time to check me in. After approximately 1 hour 45 minutes I say my car was ready and I wanted to be checked out and pay for the service. I waited 15 minutes and Michelle was not around. Finally she was at her desk. She checked in a new customer and I was left waiting again. No one came to tell me my car was ready and finally I asked Dennis Craig (who just happened to be there) if someone could check me out so I could leave. He asked Alec if he had the time and Alec said yes did a great job. I spent 2 1/2 hours there and even though I was assigned to MIchelle, other people (Conner, Alec and Dennis) did her job. She never spoke to me. Not very happy with the service of Michelle. Conner, Alex and Dennis were great. Later on the day of my service I called the service manager, Randy Bennet, and let him know Michelle was not doing her job....other employees did her job. Mary Griek More

That’s very sweet to do that, but it was not necessarily. I did not like it because we want to reduce the use of the plastics as much as we can to be more sustainable. You would think it is only a bottle. No. It adds up. I really would like to suggest that you don’t provide the water bottles to your customers like that.
