Throughout the process, Matt was friendly, professional, and transparent. To set expectations, Matt walked me through each of the services and diagnostics to be performed, plus potential costs from the diagnostics. Later in the day, when the service took longer than expected, Matt immediately contacted me to let me know it might go long. I subtly explained some scheduling challenges I had the next day, so Matt and the service technicians worked some magic and had my car ready the next morning! As always, it's a guilty pleasure to have my car washed with a bottle of water waiting. I really do appreciate this service and it's a benefit that sets Courtesy Acura apart from other service centers. Thanks! More

Always excellent service I brought my car in a day early for a scheduled oil change because I noticed one of the tires was going flat. They got me in right away.
