Cole was very professional and informative and we felt confident that the RDX was the vehicle for us. The buying process was very quick and easy. Normally a good experience I've been coming here now for about 2 years and I have never had a bad experience. Customer service and professionalism is always top notch. However, I've been coming here now for about 2 years and I have never had a bad experience. Customer service and professionalism is always top notch. However, this last time I was upset with the loaner vehicle situation. My car was due for an oil change and because of my work situation I really needed a loaner car while mine was in the shop. I was told that if I made an appointment for the following Thursday there would be a loaner available for me. So, I drove my car for over a week needing an oil change pretty bad just to find out on Thursday that there were no loaner cars available. They did get my oil changed right away though and the service associate was very friendly but I was still very annoyed with the situation More

Always thorough, always listen I bought my first new Acura in 1987 in Chicago, moved back to Denver in 1989, and have been going to Courtesy Acura ever since. Two new Acura's later. I bought my first new Acura in 1987 in Chicago, moved back to Denver in 1989, and have been going to Courtesy Acura ever since. Two new Acura's later... still with them. I may pay more than going to a one-off service center, but I can count on professional mechanics, genuine Acura parts, and fair service. As a result I have only broken down twice because of old batteries. Dependability is important and with Acura and Courtesy's attention to preventative maintenance, I have that. Over the years I have had great services reps from Sandy to most recently Matt. My hope is that Courtesy will continue to put customers ahead of commissions and unnecessary services/sales that will ultimately lead to long-term profit rom customer loyalty. More
