A-1 service I had 2 service issues and only one (A-1 service) met my satisfaction. The other was a nail in a tire. I was told it could not be repaired and must be I had 2 service issues and only one (A-1 service) met my satisfaction. The other was a nail in a tire. I was told it could not be repaired and must be replaced with a $270 tire. I went to discount tire the next day and had it repaired for $0. More

I took my car in for routine service and didn't feel like i was getting up sold on every possible addition to the service, the recommendations were very reasonable. I bought my car from Courtesy but had been having it serviced at a dealership that is closer to where I live- not anymore- i am all Courtesy, all the time from now on since it is worth the drive for a much higher level of customer service.
