leasing a new car this was my second lease from Courtesy -- #1: looked at on line(Ihad had a MDX before and was very faimiliar with what I wanted) spoke wikth someone this was my second lease from Courtesy -- #1: looked at on line(Ihad had a MDX before and was very faimiliar with what I wanted) spoke wikth someone there, ordered my car, Saty AM drove the 220 miles to toe dealership, was in and out in 90 minutes. #2 lease, i got there at 6 PM Sat evening, met with Rick, very knowledable, thinking about purchasing my 2013 MDX, vs leasing a nel vehicle -- drove T%LX, MDX, and RDx , picked the MDX blue,got the paperwork done and signed, and drove out in mynew car in a blizzard at 1015 PM. I bought my car August 12, 2015, and had an excellent experience from the get go. We visited Courtesy Acura a few times. The first encounter was with Don Behrens who took us out for a test drive. The best thing was he never pressured us. When we returned again, to take a second look, Don was with a customer so someone else helped us. Again, no pressure! On our decisive visit, Dennis Craig assisted us. True to excellent customer service, Dennis went out of his way to give us all cost details and even help us with our trade in. The day we finalized the deal, Dennis was taking a vacation and stayed over to make sure we were taken care of. They truly work as a team at Courtesy Acura. Whenever I've brought my car in for service or just a car wash, Dennis has made an effort to come find us and see how we are doing. It's awesome that he checks in with us. Not sure any other dealership has salespersons who add a personal touch like Dennis and Don. On the purchasing side, Jim Kurtz was a pleasure to deal with as well. No pressure tactics, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. Thanks guys! More

He made himself available immediately, knew exactly what I'd done, told me what I needed to do to resolve the issue and I was rolling again in less than 30 minutes. You can't find better service after the sale than you receive from folks like Leo and the others at Courtesy Acura! More
