Cole spent a lot of time going over every button and knob in my new car. He even set up hands free calling with my phone. The technology is new for me. Thank you for the fancy new water bottle since mine doesn't fit in the new cup holders! There were choices in financing my car. I think I received a great rate. Thanks Don for your patience in going over it all and for adding in the accessories I wanted with some discounts. Love that. I'll be back next week to get my new things added and get my complimentary loaner car for the day. More

Other car dealerships that I've worked with typically want appointments and they show this by their lack of good customer service. When the service was done she helped me understand the entire work order along with the multi-point inspection. She also discussed with me the possible service needs that I should consider for future visits. More

The service reps are always very fast, pleasant to deal with and not too pushy. The lounge area is much improved after a major upgrade a couple years ago. Light and airy now with TV's, comfy chairs and sofas, etc. The only reason they don't get a perfect 5 is the last time I came in they were pretty slow, taking almost 2 hours for an oil change and rotation. They also recommended a timing belt replacement on my 3 year old, 50K TL, which obviously doesn't make sense. I did get a follow up call later clearing up the confusion. They definitely are trying to get to that Lexus, Mercedes kind of level. So I would give them 4.5 stars. More
