I am serving as an AmeriCorps for the next year, and if you know anything about the AmeriCorps, you'll know that I didn't have much money to work with. Daniel gave me excellent customer service on the phone and then I showed up five hours earlier than my scheduled appointment, Sean took over and offered excellent service in person. He even rushed the installation of taillights so I was able to test drive the car and get back to work in a reasonable amount of time. On my limited budget they were able to get me a car with half the mileage of everything else I had been looking at in my price range. They were accommodating and answered questions like "would you feel safe putting your daughter in this car?" honestly. (My parents were understandably nervous about me making this decision by myself 1600 miles away from them. Sean was happy to speak with me, answer many naive questions, and also to get on the phone with my mom to reassure her. I was registering the car in another state and they were more than willing to overnight ship the title and other paperwork so that it would be in Georgia when I went back to visit my family the following weekend. Long story short, they made my first car buying experience a breeze and I trust that they will be continue the customer service if I am to need anything from them in the future! More

Great Experience at Courtesy Acura with Lou Taylor! While out looking for a larger family vehicle we decided to stop at Courtesy Acura. We were immediately greeted by Lou Taylor who was very friendly, While out looking for a larger family vehicle we decided to stop at Courtesy Acura. We were immediately greeted by Lou Taylor who was very friendly, patient and not in any way pushy, unlike many of our previous experiences at other places. After listening to our requests Lou showed us around and was able to immediately identify a few options for us. After a test drive we had to get home to pick up our kids, which Lou was very understanding of and again did not put any pressure on us. After a couple days discussing what we were looking for we decided to return to Courtesy Acura and test drive some more cars. Lou had a few options ready and waiting, was very clear and helpful explaining the differences in the models. Finally we made a decision on a lightly used MDX and Lou made the experience a breeze. He even sent us home with a couple toy cars for our kids! Definitely would recommend Courtesy Acura and Lou Taylor to anyone in the market. More

I stopped by the dealership in the morning, sat down with Sean on the numbers, and tested drove two cars, and decided to buy one. Throughout the entire process, Sean was genuine, respectful, straight-forward, and no playing tricks. The dealership was going through remodeling but the entire facility still provided decent accommodation to us. As a result of this positive experience I was able to get my new car in 3 hours and got a reasonable value on my trade-in without much shock. I have bought cars with several different dealership before and Sean Wardrope was the best car sales person I ever dealt with. More
