Travis was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and customer focused. It turned out major service/repair was necessary, which I knew was going to be high cost. Understanding this, he prioritized the service/repairs - showing me via video taken during the inspection those that were important and necessary now and those that were minor not vital that didn't warrant concern. He also worked to see what discounts may be available to help with the cost. He didn't want me driving my car while waiting for the parts to come in, so he gave me a loaner. Parts came in sooner than expected and he called to let me know I could pick it up on Friday (brought the car in on Tuesday). He also was true to his word and let me know he was able to bring down the cost from an original estimate of $4,000 to $4,300 to $3,400. Although still a big-ticket item, his working to bring down the cost was very much appreciated. He let me know after the service/repair, they drove the car to test it and let me knowit drove amazing after the service. When I picked up my car and drove home, I agreed that it was a totally different drive. Almost the same as when I first purchased my car from Courtesy Acura in 2004.
