Recently Jack helped us when my wife was injured and could not drive and we had an appointment for our car to be serviced. Jack was kind enough to let us leave the car at the service shop until we coul could not drive and we had an appointment for our car to be serviced. Jack was kind enough to let us leave the car at the service shop until we could get another driver to help us pick it up. We have been customers since 2004 and have had numerous services done on our cars. Our first Acura TL was purchased in 2004 and had 496,076 miles on it when it met its demise after hitting a 600 pound sow pig on the highway. Acura's have always been good cars for us and we will continue to service them at Courtesy Acura Service Center well into the future. Vanessa ~ Never returns calls. I waited a week the first time before reaching out to my sales person for help. She did call and leave a message. I returned the call and left a me I waited a week the first time before reaching out to my sales person for help. She did call and leave a message. I returned the call and left a message 10 minutes later with no repsonse. Called and left a message 4 more times over the next week and a half with no response. Finally left a message with another service support and got a call back the next working day. That is the service I expect from any company. Not three weeks and no return call. If I could have given a quarter star I would have. The overall company except the one individual does get five starts. A huge thank you to Jimmy and Chris Zimmerman for quality customer service. More

I had the rotors turned to eliminate brake fluttering. I left for a 5 day road trip the next day only to find that the brakes still flutter, particularly at higher speeds and on downhill braking (essentia I left for a 5 day road trip the next day only to find that the brakes still flutter, particularly at higher speeds and on downhill braking (essentially what they were doing before the service). I noticed that the mileage in and out were the same, indicating the vehicle was not test driven before or after the service. I intend to schedule a return to have the situation rectified. Not too happy about this. More
