I am not happy with how they sell extra maintenance to me when I brought my car in for a problem that was under warranty. I ended up spending about $350.00 and my car didn’t need it . When I got home and exp when I brought my car in for a problem that was under warranty. I ended up spending about $350.00 and my car didn’t need it . When I got home and explained to my husband he informed me that the car according to the factory manual didn’t need what I had been told that it did. I find it very low that a place like this has to lie to customers just to upsale and the company’s standards are criminal to me. I will not be coming back and I know the next place I take my car too I will be very cautious about what they tell me. More
