Professionalism at its Best I was not really wanting to get another car, the past several years without a payment were very nice, but after having to pay almost as much for some I was not really wanting to get another car, the past several years without a payment were very nice, but after having to pay almost as much for some repairs as my old car was worth I finally decided to bite the bullet and get something newer (old car is a 2005 Buick). The vehicle I settled on was a 2015 GMC Terrain - I knew that I wanted either all-wheel or 4-wheel drive, but that was about it. I have to say that because of having sold cars myself and being on the inside so to speak, I was not really looking forward to traditional purchasing experience (much of the stereotype is still true). Fortunately the Fates were apparently happy with me as I was partnered with Nick to begin the search. Nick is a rarity in the world of automotive sales, he is honest, straight forward and believes (as I do) that if you educate your customer and let them make up their mind in their own time then they will remember that and be more inclined to purchase from you. As is obvious after checking on a couple of other vehicles I decided on getting the GMC; I dropped Nick a quick message, he got the ball rolling on a Saturday, I swung by to do my part the next day and the day after I picked up my new vehicle the next day (I decided to keep the old Buick-so had to make arrangements to get there without it) - Nick even offered to swing by and pick me up (I declined as I did not want him to have to go so far out of his way). Suffice it to say, this was probably the most relaxing purchases for something like this in many years & only the second or third for a new car (the first being when I bought one from a dealer my father had known and trusted for many years). Without a doubt Nick, Michelle (finance person) and the rest of the crew I dealt with are all great professionals that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone I know and my friends will confirm that I do not give endorsements lightly.
