Super easy negotiation on the sales price as well as the trade-in value. They made sure I felt good about the purchase. I added the new service that covers the repairs of door dings and cracked windshield for a whopping $7 a month on my payment. I wished I had had the many times before. Friendly staff made me feel like a member of the family. More
Used car done easy I must say that buying a used car is a challenge. Not only do you have to find your dream car, but you also have to worry about the risk of buying a I must say that buying a used car is a challenge. Not only do you have to find your dream car, but you also have to worry about the risk of buying a lemon. And then the haggling. What a pain! When I found my new used car at Covert Cadillac, I was prepared to spend hours negotiating. Nothing could be further from the truth. I got a phone call from my salesman, Daniel Walsh, right away after my inquiry. He invited me down at my convenience and even told me to give him a window of time so he can expect me and make sure the car will be ready to drive. I must say that my experience with Daniel was very professional and he made me feel that I was in charge throughout the entire decision process. We worked out the numbers very quickly on final price and my trade in. All very fairly done. Still, I left to sleep on it. I called him back the next afternoon and asked that if he were to do some cosmetic touch ups, I would come over and hand him a check. Not only did he agree to the touch ups, but he offered to redo all the chrome wheels, ordered a new key-fob, and provided me with a written 30 day major mechanical guarantee. I was truly impressed and must admit that it was the best car buying experience in my 30 years of buying cars - new and used. I attribute this to Covert Cadillac's commitment to the quality of service that their customers have come to expect, but most of all, their ability to hire sales consultants like Daniel Walsh who know to put the needs of the customer first. No Customer service No Respect Prior to reviewing the dealerships inventory, I knew what I wanted to do. I was working with a sales person who contacted me on several ocasions to go Prior to reviewing the dealerships inventory, I knew what I wanted to do. I was working with a sales person who contacted me on several ocasions to go forward with my application. I did go over every aspect of my situation; however I was told " we have 16 banks, we will get you financed." I did as explained. The next day I was given some hypothesis concerning financing. We discussed several options but I have yet to be cintacted by this sales person again. A simple text to his personal line ..... not good enough he offered "I have not heard anything yet I will check." Sad to say four days later and several text and phone calls later, this sales guy left me hanging can't reach him. Wow..... I hope the entire dealership isn't this nonchalant with others and their personal information, time, and situations. Any way I do not recommend This Guy... Thanks for nothing John!!!! More

I was nervous and very concerned about making a purchase and trading in my car. John Newton, the salesman was very helpful and Eric Long helped us finalize the purchase. A few days later the battery went out on my car fob and John was out of the office but Eric worked with me even sent me pictures on how to replace the battery. I was out of town in the car and I was almost in a panic and he was so patient with me and walked me right through the process. They were wonderful to work with. More

Gary in finance answered my questions and quickly returned my call when I had a question later. Chris also responded quickly when I called with a question about the car. Overall, the best experience I have had in buying a car. More
Shady Financier/Warranty Commision Beware of Gary, the dealership's financier. He will offer you a free warranty. When you pay the first installment, he will say that it will be reflected in the next bill. Our check was cashed the following day. The first bill reflected the the entire car balance!? We contacted Gary and we were told to wait for the next bill. Did you know he gets a commission for selling warranties. This fact was confirmed by Eric, the manager of Covert Cadillac. Shady. We went back to the dealership to sort out the issue. We were then told that there is no such thing as free warranty. Obviously, we cancelled the warranty since it was within the 90 days. But I wonder what would have happened if we trusted the Covert and Cadillac reputation and waited out the third bill... More

We had been looking for over 6 months and stumbled upon them while looking online and it turned out to be such a BLESSIng ! I have NEVER had anyone or dealership at that go out of their way like they have. I'm a mommy of 4 + all the neighborhood kids so I don't think I need to elaborate on how CRAZY my life is . Poor Cory delt with me for 3 days trying to accommodate me and patiently waiting for me to send pics and fill out stuff online because did I mention we live over 4 hours away ?!?! I give them even more points for having to sit and discuss things over the phone with a baby screaming or me having to randomly get onto a kiddo ! They didn't try to give me the run around, made sure that the vehicle was perfect +some AND had them bring the vehicle to me because I was to scared to drive all the way their by myself. I was also a little worried because I hadn't actually put my hands on the car or seen it in person but it pulled up and it was so exciting ! It was very clean and he made sure it didn't have a smell.... Did I mention I'm big on smells ?!? I'm so proud of my car and to be honest I figured it was going to look just like all the others we looked at but it wasn't it was so much more ! I REALLy appreciate all you guys did for us and wanted to let y'all know because a lot of times people forget to probably tell Yall..... So thank you for being patient with me and personable because these days it's VERY hard to find ! More
