I'd had such good service with my 2001 RAV4 that I decided to buy my second one after giving my 2001 RAV4 to my Dad. I LOVE this new car. It has SO many cool features, two that I am blown away by: the Radar Cruise Control and Radio Replay are amazing, as is everything about this car, including great mileage. Outstanding service Karen Schlatterer was one of three service people I dealt with on my recent car buying experience. The other two were at other dealerships and left a Karen Schlatterer was one of three service people I dealt with on my recent car buying experience. The other two were at other dealerships and left a lot to be desired. I submitted a request with what I was looking for through the Costco Car Buying Service. Within an hour, Karen had emailed me specs on a truck like I wanted. After a couple of emails, we had agreed on a price. It only took me about 3 hours start to finish to see the car, do the paperwork, do the financing, and be on my way home. I have never had a better experience!
