The customer service at Crest was pretty good at the beginning. They gave me a loaner car as promised and Monica was really nice and pleasant to work with. However the whole process of fixing my vehicle beginning. They gave me a loaner car as promised and Monica was really nice and pleasant to work with. However the whole process of fixing my vehicle was not as seamless as I expected because I had to call 3 times to try to get an update on my vehicle after they had had it a week.. The biggest misfortune is that they did not go over what they did to my car with me and the they only took care of 1 of the issues that I brought it in for. So I will be taking it back for them to address that and hopefully it won’t take too long to figure it out. Because I live an hour away from Frisco. So it’s not the most convenient trip. Overall, at this point I would still possibly consider then for my next vehicle purchase. More

Part needed for repair was ordered for overnight delivery, but the order was cancelled and the part had to be re-ordered now with a 7-10 day lead time.
