We came in multiple times over months for an issue. The diagnosis resulted in parts being replaced and significant costs but the core issue is still there. The car makes a sound when backing slowly like a continuous paper rattling against something. Stops after engine warms up. Second and more important issue is that there's a click click sound on the front passenger side when the car goes over a dip in the road. Each time, something was found that we were told will fix the issue. We paid trusting it will but both issues still exist. We spent a lot of money. The recent visit resulted in another diagnosis requiring another $850! This time, I am not really sure whether to blindly except the diagnosis as the core issue wasn't resolved the last times we visited. I will need to now go to other service centers to get a better diagnosis. More

There was a strong push for additional coverage which I understand but there was lot of numbers gimmickry and back & forth which I felt like a constant battle which stressed me out. I was a perfect 850 FIC understand but there was lot of numbers gimmickry and back & forth which I felt like a constant battle which stressed me out. I was a perfect 850 FICO and still got 6.79% interest rate which is disappointing. I love the car but the financing experience was not great. More
