Poor communication, no attention to detail, felt very shady.nice sales rep, poor management. Came in knowing what I wanted and was told that the car was there (I called in before coming) to find out por shady.nice sales rep, poor management. Came in knowing what I wanted and was told that the car was there (I called in before coming) to find out porter had it and I had to wait over 45 minutes for it to return. Before finding out the truth I was told a customer had it on loan for the day. Ask for tire tread to be checked, manager came out to check them and was short and rude to me. Car mats were in the trunk, drivers side mat had a hole in it and was placed as the last mat in the pile. They did give me plastic mats after I mentioned it but they were not up front about it. I picked up the car later that night after they were closed because I ask for it to be cleaned up better then it was and notice they didn’t put the temp plate (paper) in the car, so I drove it home with no plates. Someone drop it off the next day. Also didn’t send screws for back license so those had to be mail out separately as well. Would not shop there again. More
Usually a great place but this last visit was a series of errors. They put regular oil in when it specifically said synthetic oil only. I had to go back to get it fixed & they tried to charge me for another errors. They put regular oil in when it specifically said synthetic oil only. I got that fixed & when I got home I discovered they didn’t replace the little sticker telling me when next oil change is due. I hope this was just a bad couple of days & that they’ll get back to the great service they used to have. More
Have had 4 appointments to check on recall notice and why check engine light is on. Went all the way over there twice to find equipment to check the recall notice broken. Then when I went in today they also did not have on the schedule to fix/check why engine light is on. I specifically requested this when appointment was made over a week ago. They did not even have on file that I brought the car in on 8/30/2021 to have them check reason for check engine light, which I was told after diagnostic test done that it was the knock sensor. This is not very good customer service. Plus they did not even have the part in stock. Better communication amongst staff is needed. I now have no idea if this will ever get fixed. More

2nd visit, both a disaster. Arrived at 245 with an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Took over 2 hours. It's obvious the one sometimes 2 people working were overwhelmed. I did notice plenty of sales people working to sell the cars? Funny, but nobody to service them. Let me know how that works out. I will try to avoid this dealership in the future. Not an employee problem, management problem. They can only do so much. More
