Dan, our salesman, was great. Finance was smooth. Everything was straight forward. The only complaint I have is when we got home with the new vehicle we spotted a dent on the roof near the windshield Everything was straight forward. One of the front service members tried to tell me he rubbed it off and pretty much dismissed my concern. Another service dept member, one in the back, said they would send it to a body shop to try to have it repaired. This in my opinion is unacceptable because it is a brand new expensive vehicle. More
