Words of praise for Crews Subaru of Charleston I am writing this review to let folks know how pleased I am with my service at Crews Subaru of Charleston. This is, by far, the very best car dealersh I am writing this review to let folks know how pleased I am with my service at Crews Subaru of Charleston. This is, by far, the very best car dealership I have ever been to. Their customer service is above & beyond the best. Jason & Matt are especially to be commended for their service. They are always always courteous, efficient, extremely professional & caring of their customers. I came to Charleston almost 4 years ago, after driving from Arizona with my 2004 Outback. When it was time to purchase a new car, I did not go to any other dealer but Crews, due to the type of service I continually receive. Others I have spoken to, while waiting for my car to be serviced, feel the same way. I will always continue to service my wonderful 2014 Outback Subaru at Crews; mostly because of the service I receive from Jason & Matt. I can't remember my salesman for my 2014, but think it was Scott, who was also awesome. More

The car industry is littered with smoke and mirrors. At Crews and with Ralph it was friendly and informative. I took days to decide on what I felt like was the best choice for me and my family and at no time was I pressured, just educated so I could make the best decision. Wonderful leasing experience. I recently traded in a Forrester in order to lease a new Crosstrek. Rhett was incredibly accommodating and took the time to listen to what it was my h I recently traded in a Forrester in order to lease a new Crosstrek. Rhett was incredibly accommodating and took the time to listen to what it was my husband and I were looking for. He patiently provided thorough information on a variety of options so that we could make an educated decision. He was informative and available without every being pushy or making us feel uncomfortable over the several weeks we worked together. He was very well educated and we are thrilled with the outcome of our experience with him. Pam was helpful, friendly, and efficient while completing paperwork. It was easily a fantastic experience and I could not recommend Rhett and Crews highly enough. Doug also needs mentioned because he was always incredibly helpful while I was having work done on my old Forrester before leasing the Crosstrek- he was always, always friendly and helpful (even when I called him four times in one day). Everyone at Crews is professional and friendly and it's clear they have the best interest of the customers in mind. I cannot speak highly enough of the entire staff! More

My Best Car Buying Experience Ever!! I was greeted at the door my a sales person who made me feel at home immediately. The whole experience was easy, fun, and quick.
