The smoothest automobile purchase I’ve ever made Aris Kyriakopoulos was my salesman and my point of contact throughout my purchase. Anytime day or night if I had any questions concerning my purchase and everything involved in it , I could text Aris and he would answer back very shortly afterwards. Day or night Aris would get right back to me. That is impressive to me. I checked with other dealerships from Michigan, New York, Pennsylvania searching for my exact orange burst metallic Bolt , and it was the personal attention I received from Aris from day one that made me decide on Criswell Chevrolet . Aris even picked me up from the airport in Washington DC on his day off and drove me to the dealership to complete all the final sales paperwork. He explained everything in the car and had it fully charged and ready when I arrived. On his day off ! THAT is why I’m so satisfied with my purchase. I don’t think I will ever find a salesman as dedicated to the customer purchase experience as Aris Kyriakopoulos was to me. Aris is an asset to Criswell Chevrolet who has set the bar very high in my opinion. I live in New York State with plenty of Chevy dealers around. But I may seriously purchase a second Chevy Bolt and if I do it will definitely be from Aris in his Maryland dealership. I was that impressed. Distance means very little when you can get exemplary treatment by traveling a bit for it. More

Above and beyond I purchased a New Chevrolet Impala in November of 2017 with Mario Adams at Criswell Chevrolet. I went in for a view of vehicles but fell in love with I purchased a New Chevrolet Impala in November of 2017 with Mario Adams at Criswell Chevrolet. I went in for a view of vehicles but fell in love with a car. The process was long, but well worth it. In the midst of a whining 4year old and grabbing all of my items out of my husband truck, I misplaced my drivers license at the dealership. Mr. Adams called me and made me aware that I left my drivers license and offered to bring it to my house. I was relieved and didn’t want to make that 45min drive again to Gaithersburg, Maryland. I was very grateful! Fast forward 3 months! My second set of keys arrived at the dealership and Mr. Adams was out of the office. He called and spoke with the part department to make sure I was well taken care of during my service. I was thankful because the process could have been very confusing.
