We loved our new SUV vehicle!! My husband and I were shopping for a SUV that was not too pricy but pretty, economical and the color White. I stopped by and spoke to my long time friend Gary Lewis who hooked us up with a great salesman Mario. Mario showed us all the SUV’s in White but my heart was set on a Nissan Rogue at the Criswell Nissan in germantown. So we all hopped into our vehicles and headed to Criswell Nissan. Mario helped us through the buying process and waited until we were done with the finance department. Mario was very professional and patient with us. He made my buying experience awesome. One of the things that I liked about Mario was that he was always smiling and seemed to really love his job. It takes a good person to sell a car but a great salesman to take pride in what you do that it’s no longer work. Extremely Disappointed My pontiac vibe needed a passenger airbag recall. I was directed to Criswell and scheduled an appointment in January 2018. When I went there for my appointment I waited for a half hour and was then told the air bag was not in stock. I was told they would order it for me and I would have to reschedule another appointment. No one ever called me and I called 3 weeks later and still the part was not there. They ordered it again and no one called me. I tried calling again and still there was no part and I was told they had given it to someone else. I was assured in March that this time they ordered it, and they scheduled me an appointment. I made another appointment and was told it would take a few hours. I dropped it off at 11 and called 4 hours later and it had not even been started. I asked if it would be done by 5:30 and they said they didn't know. I was never told it was an overnight service. They told me if I needed the car they could quick put it back together and they could reschedule me for another day. Finally I tried rescheduling a 3rd time and called to confirm and the manager told me the part was not available and that I would have to wait a week and schedule another appointment. I have never received such inconsiderate statements and service. I was more than patient and clearly taken advantage of because it was a recall. I also tried asking to speak to a manager when I visited and was told I couldn't speak to one and was just directed back the same representatives I already tried talking to. More

Another Chevy bought, another pleasurable experience! A few months ago I purchased a Chevy Silverado for myself. To call it a great experience I feel is an understatement. So, when my son turned 18 and we decided to buy him his first car, Anthony and Criswell Chevrolet were no brainers. We looked online at the cars they had in stock and to my surprise they had a lot to choose from. Very helpful when dealing with a young man who may like red one minute then black, only to finally settle on charcoal. Most sequels aren’t as good as the original. Well this is the exception, same great customer service, same friendly welcoming atmosphere. Another vehicle sold to a happy customer! You can tell Anthony cares about his customers when I had to insist he didn’t leave to get my son and I some water when he realized they had run out at the dealership. Can’t recommend him and Criswell enough. I said it on my last review and I’ll say it again. This is the kind of customer service that I will travel 3 hrs to get(I’ve done it twice now.). Keep up the great service and I’ll continue to give you my business. Now to convince my wife to get the Redline Edition of the Traverse lol. More
